Bo's Best Bloody Mary Pancake RecipeIngredients for Bo's Best Ultimate Bloody Mary

Bo's Best's secret syrup: Makes about 1 1/2 cups for 6 drinks

Mix together the following ingredients in a glass 16 oz measuring cup or glass bowl.

1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/4 cup lime juice

1/4 cup pickle juice

1/4 cup prepared horseradish

2 Tbsp olive juice

2 Tbsp pepperoncini juice

2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning, plus extra for the rim of glass

1 tsp black pepper

dash of Cayenne pepper

 --------------------------------------------------------------------------

You will need 94 ounces of tomato juice and 12 ounces Vodka (or more) to make 6 drinks.

For each individual drink wipe the rim of a 20 oz BALL wide mouth mason jar with a lemon wedge and dip the rim of the jar into 3 tbsp of Old Bay Seasoning on a flat plate. Add 1 cup of ice to the Mason Jar. Mix in a cocktail shaker, 8 oz tomato juice, 2 oz of your favorite Vodka, 1/4 cup Bo's Best Bloody Mary Syrup, add ice and shake. Pour into Mason Jar glass. Now start adding treats to the top of your drink. If you have a crowd, make a bar of condiments and have everyone make their own masterpiece.

Things you might like to add to your boutique on top: Bo's Best Dollar Pancakes, Bo's Best Scones, chicken strip, olives, pepperoncini pickles, pickled peppers, pickled asparagus, shrimp tail, pickled beans, candied bacon, celery, lemon wedge, a skewer of fruit,...etc.

It is super easy to make candied bacon. Right before the bacon has finished cooking sprinkle a small amount of brown sugar and black pepper on top. Cook a few minutes longer....tada!!!

Note: If the Bloody Mary is too hot add more tomato juice. Several of the items are on wooden barbecue skewers to hold them together and give them height in the drink. Enjoy!
